OSG Steel Stiffened Door

We now have a Steel Stiffened door available! We currently have this door in stock in 3070 18 ga. galvanized with a flush top, inverted bottom, 12 ga. closer reinforcement, 22 ga. stiffeners and in either a 161 prep or 86 edge prep. Your cost varies between $172.80 to $182.40. Please print this spec page and add it to your OSG catalog.

Between our recent certification of our hurricane doors and now our new steel stiffened door being complete and in stock, we are excited about the new additions to our product line and will continue to add new product. We are currently working on a temperature rise door, among other things.

OSG Hurricane Doors

Our doors passed all the wind load testing done in December and are now finally certified and approved. Our FL# is FL13357. For complete details and specifics you can go to the FBC site, click on OSG Doors at Product Manufacturer, and then click Search at the bottom.

New Products & Catalog Update

We now stock 7 1/4" and 7 3/4" drywall frames. Here is the order form and specifics for them. Please insert it as the second page in the order forms under the "Frames" tab. (There should be 5 specification pages then the start of the order forms).

The second page is an update to an existing page. It shows we now stock 10'0" stick along with our 8'0" stick and lists the mullions we now keep in stock. Please replace the very last page under the "Frames" tab with this page.
